Responsibilities La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività : Develop seasonal product strategies that align with business goals, brand positioning, and market trends Define pricing and assortment plans to keep our collections competitive and profitable Collaborate across design, product, marketing, and sales to craft standout , on‑brand product offerings Forecast demand and manage inventory across retail, e‑commerce, and wholesale to ensure stock is always optimized Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine assortment , pricing, and promotional tactics continuously Partner with Key Accounts and sales teams— gathering insights, providing training, and delivering tailored solutions to maximize sales Your Profile Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possuto dei seguenti requisiti : 5 years ’ experience in Performance Activewear & Teamsports Apparel merchandising with international exposure . Strong knowledge of fashion and athletic trends, with the ability to anticipate future shifts. Excellent analytical , communication , and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with merchandising software is a plus. Proven success in international markets, with a solid grasp of global consumer behavior and market dynamics. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment .
