Babysitter wanted for childcare in Laval

we are a young family who is always on the go! my husband works 65 hours a week and after 16 months off, I am going back to work part time 15 hours. Most days I will be working from home while the sitter is here caring for my baby girl Stella! Other days I will have to go in to the office, mostly wednesday or thursday mornings. she is a fun baby, who loves to play and laugh and be involved in everything that we are doing. we have an open space home where she thrives with all her toys and familiarity. she sleeps almost 12h every night, from 7:15 to 7:15, with 1 nap between 12:30 to 3 ranging from 1 to 2h30. she is such an easy going baby with a strong character, she knows what she wants! she eats every thing and slowly we are familiarizing with the potty. we also have 1 cat who is very friendly but will probably hide most of the day. Need sitters usually from 8am to 3pm, sometimes I will be there as well and sometimes not.
