Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations in the warehouse and lead a team of operations and administrative staff. Oversee inbound, outbound and inventory management (cold chain). Plan and execute daily operations to meet customer service levels. Develop and implement plans to enhance organisational competitiveness. Account for overall cost analysis and ensure department remains competitive. Effectively manage P&L and budget. Control, develop and maintain internal/external documentation for procedures and work instructions. Lead negotiations, improvement initiatives, price reviews, contract revisions and communications with customers/vendors. Support ad‑hoc quality improvement, cost‑effectiveness and feasibility study projects and initiate new process changes. Ensure accuracy of vendor invoicing, customer billing and warehouse inventories. Maintain a safe, clean and healthy working environment in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. Undertake any other duties and ad‑hoc projects as assigned from time to time. Qualifications Minimum Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or similar discipline. Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience in cold chain management. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on operational experience in cold storage environment. Knowledge of 3PL and WMS systems. Possess a Singapore Forklift License preferred. Punctual, good working attitude and able to perform manual tasks; responsible; good team player and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Capable of standing or walking for extended periods and lifting heavy items in the cold room.
