Head of Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the business unit. Identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost optimization, and implement innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency. Supply Chain Optimization and Operational Excellence: Play a pivotal role in maximizing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring seamless logistics and inventory management across all retail channels. End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee demand planning and forecasting, distribution and logistics, inventory management, quality control, and compliance. Supplier Relationship Management: Manage supplier compliance, including 3PL providers, conduct regular performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Stay Abreast of Industry Trends and Technology: Keep updated on the latest trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory optimization. Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions to improve visibility, agility, and overall supply chain performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Operations and Commercial teams, to align supply chain strategies with business goals. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior management and the team. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. Requirements Proven track record of at least 12 years in supply chain management, preferably within the B2C industry, with a minimum of 6 years in a leadership capacity. Deep understanding of the B2C sector. Strong understanding and passion for omnichannel business models, integrating brick-and-mortar with e-commerce. Experience in high-growth or dynamic environments, with a focus on process improvements, supply chain best practices, and new technology adoption such as automation. Demonstrated experience leading large teams within highly matrixed organizations involving multiple stakeholders. Strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and sound commercial awareness are essential for success in this role. J-18808-Ljbffr
