Summary Location: Central Industry: Fashion Up to $5000 Commission Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Lead, motivate, and coach store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability. Oversee cash handling, sales transactions, and prepare regular sales and performance reports. Maintain store cleanliness, product display standards, and ensure consistent brand presentation. Plan and implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and events to increase store performance. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
