Responsibilities: Develop and lead initiatives to foster the professional growth of educators. Guide the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that supports both cognitive and emotional development. Ensure that the Center’s curriculum and programs align with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values. Strengthen and maintain the school’s reputation for excellence within the community and among parents. Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Requirements: A Degree in Early Childhood Education, along with a Diploma in Pre-School Education – Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent, accredited by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Preschool Centers. Demonstrated leadership experience with strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in managing a centre with multiple bays and/or with a capacity of at least 120 children has an added advantage Experience in leading and managing the team in SPARK Accreditation process.
