Job Description
Job Title: Sales Representative - Mexico (Low Voltage Electrical Industry) Location: Remote, based in Mexico (Preferred locations: San Luis Potosí, Monterrey, or Querétaro) About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive our market expansion across the Americas, with a primary focus on Mexico. This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow our presence in the low-voltage electrical and electrical contact materials sector. If you excel in building business relationships and have a background in industrial sales, we invite you to bring your expertise to our team. Key Responsibilities: Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the Americas. Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and uncover new business opportunities. Business Development: Proactively prospect and onboard new clients within the low-voltage electrical industry, engaging key decision-makers and target accounts. Client & Project Management: Oversee the full sales cycle—from negotiation and contract review to order tracking and payment follow-up—ensuring a seamless customer experience. Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with our R&D and Logistics teams in China to align on project requirements, optimize inventory levels, and improve delivery efficiency. Brand Representation: Represent our company at trade shows, conferences, and technical seminars to enhance brand visibility and strengthen industry connections. Customer Support: Establish structured feedback mechanisms to continuously improve after-sales service and build lasting client loyalty. Who We Are Looking For: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the industrial sector, ideally within electrical components, metals, or materials. Experience with contact materials (e.g., silver alloys) is a plus. Full professional proficiency in English is required. Strong capabilities in business negotiation, market analysis, and cultivating long-term customer relationships. Willingness to undertake regular travel within the region. Must be adaptable, resilient, and capable of working autonomously to achieve sales targets. Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico and reside in or near a major industrial hub. What We Offer: A competitive base salary range of MXN $580,000 - $720,000 per year. An attractive performance-based commission structure. The opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing a leading brand presence in the Americas.
