Oracle or Onestream Senior Consultant Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 3 years Advanced English Skills Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree Degree Preferred: MBA or Master's degree Knowledge: Experience in more than two EPM/CPM (Enterprise Performance Management or Corporate Performance Management) modules implementation (Consolidation, Budgeting and Forecasting, Profitability Analysis, Analytics, Financial Close). 3 or more years of Visual Basic Understanding of the Finance function, operating models and organization structures, and process best practices Knowledge in EPM/CPM covering the record to report cycle Knowledge of Financial Reporting Studio and SmartView Quantitative skills in financial analysis and business case development Experience in functional integration aspects with other Oracle modules Hyperion Financial Management, Planning, Profitability, OneStream Experience with loading data with the ETL load process Products Industry experience (Telecommunications, Banking and Financial Services, Public sector, Retail, Engineering and Construction, Professional services). Knowledge of niche modules like Consolidation (HFM), Budget and Profitability, Performance, Financial Close, OneStream, Dashboard is an added advantage. Understand and apply Agile methodologies. Experience working on all phases of a project Demos/workshops, requirement gathering, analysis/design, configuration, validate, transition, realization, production, and support. Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
