Commercial Litigation Solicitor (3 years') An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a leading national disputes team based in Edinburgh. This role offers the chance to act for major blue-chip, FTSE and public sector clients on high-value and complex cases across sectors such as energy, technology, financial services, retail, transport and healthcare. You will handle a diverse range of matters including contractual and corporate disputes, breach of contract, warranty claims, fraud, misrepresentation and directors' duties. You will regularly appear before the Court of Session, High Court and appeal courts, while also advising clients on dispute strategy and resolution. You'll join a close-knit, high-performing Scottish team that collaborates closely with colleagues across the UK. This role offers a balance of local autonomy and national exposure, with genuine client contact, opportunities to contribute to business development and support from some of the country's most respected litigators.
