Production Operative

You'll be working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment - packing, sorting, quality checks, and supporting technical machinery. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and you'll actually be part of the process, not just shifting boxes. There's a clear pathway to learn the technical side if you're hungry for it. The reality. You're supporting production lines - packing finished products, running in-process quality checks, labelling, palletising, and helping with machine changeovers and cleaning. You'll work to daily targets in a regulated environment where accuracy and attention to detail actually matter. Cleanroom gowning, following SOPs, and keeping your area tidy are part of the deal. It's manufacturing, not an office - you need to keep pace and stay switched on. What you get: £28,000. Two shift patterns available: Standard day: Mon–Thurs 6:45am–4:30pm, Friday 6:45am–1:30pm (43.75hrs) Double shift: 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm, Mon–Fri (40hrs) Proper training, regulated manufacturing environment, and the chance to develop into more technical roles if you show you're capable.
