Membership and Partnerships Manager Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days office / 2 days WFH) Start Date: ASAP - October Contract: Temporary to Permanent About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to take ownership of membership engagement, partnership development, and new business growth . As Membership and Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality member communications, growing the membership base, and securing commercial partnerships that support events and thought-leadership initiatives. Key Responsibilities Engage and Retain Members – act as first point of contact, run surveys, manage onboarding, and develop strategies to strengthen engagement. Target New Members – build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline, lead campaigns, and support senior leadership with membership growth activity. Develop Partnerships – secure and deliver sponsorships across events and programmes, ensuring seamless partner experience. Support Emerging Leaders – help to foster a thriving network of early-career professionals within the membership. Drive Continuous Improvement – oversee CRM processes, analyse engagement data, and refine systems to support retention and growth. About You Strong track record in membership, partnerships, or business development . Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Confident in analysing data, running surveys, and turning insights into action. Experience working with CRM systems and managing membership processes.
