This isn’t just any travel role – it’s your chance to create unforgettable experiences for clients and sprinkle a little magic into every trip! ✨ What you’ll be doing: Guiding clients post-deposit with visas, travel essentials & personalised touches Supporting clients before & during their trips, including reminders and special messages Managing bookings, add-ons like day tours or balloon safaris, and handling changes/refunds Working closely with suppliers to smooth out any travel bumps What you’ll bring: Matric ✅ Diploma in Travel & Tourism or similar (a plus) 3–5 years’ travel experience, with strong customer service & telesales skills Confidence using quoting systems (Bazaruto experience advantageous) Exceptional organisation, communication & problem-solving skills Perks & Details: R30,000 9-hour day with 1-hour lunch (flexible hours & overtime compensated) ✈ Occasional travel A people-focused, solutions-driven attitude will see you thrive!
