Marketing and Digital Manager | Luxury Hotel | Western Cape Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing and Digital Manager to join a prestigious luxury hotel in the Western Cape . This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic marketing professional to lead brand development and digital engagement for one of South Africa’s most exclusive hospitality destinations, driving both awareness and revenue growth through innovative campaigns and storytelling. Requirements: · Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field · Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital strategy · Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands (advantageous) · Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, analytics, and social media management · Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative storytelling skills · Strong organisational, leadership, and project management abilities · Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple campaigns · Commercially minded with a focus on ROI and data-driven decision making Responsibilities: · Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and digital strategies aligned with brand objectives · Manage all digital platforms , including website, social media, and online advertising campaigns · Oversee content creation , including photography, videography, newsletters, and press materials · Build and maintain relationships with PR agencies, media partners, and influencers · Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports · Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and events with relevant departments · Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications · Research market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities · Manage and optimise the marketing budget to ensure maximum impact and efficiency Package: · Salary: R60,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience) · Opportunity to work with an award-winning luxury hospitality brand To Apply: Please send your updated CV , portfolio (if available) , qualifications , and a recent head & shoulders photo today Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
