Insulation Manager

Job Title: Insulation Manager Reporting To: Operations Location: Sasolburg Type: Temporary Duties and Responsibilities: Minimum Requirements (Must-Haves): - Strong technical background in insulation. - Local candidates only. - Must have access to Sasol and Natref sites. - Reference checks will be conducted. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement insulation project plans, schedules, and budgets. Manage and supervise insulation crews and subcontractors on-site. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and insulation requirements. Select appropriate insulation materials based on project and environmental needs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor quality and safety. Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress reports. Liaise with clients, engineers, and other departments to coordinate activities. Provide technical support and troubleshooting during installation. Forecast material requirements and manage procurement processes. Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control. Participate in project meetings and progress reviews. Provide training and mentorship to insulation staff when needed.
