Job Description
Paint Retailer based in Hoedspruit is looking for a Retail Administrator to support daily store operations by handling administrative tasks , assisting customers and ensuring compliance with company policies . Key responsibilities include cash up, debtors & creditors, petty cash , banking, account recons and liaising with management and suppliers, while essential skills involve strong attention to detail, organizational ability, computer proficiency, and excellent communication skills. Duties: Assist in managing daily store operations, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide customer assistance, handle customer queries and support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Handle routine paperwork, record-keeping, manage data across systems and maintain the accuracy of records. Communicate with management, staff and external suppliers, and process invoices for timely payments. Requirements: Grade 12 At least 2 – 4 years’ experience in retail administration including financial tasks Expertise in using Microsoft & Pastel will be an advantage Strong ability to multitask, prioritize workloads and manage time effectively. A high level of accuracy and numeracy is crucial for maintaining data integrity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders. Valid drivers license
