Receptionist/Reservationist 5* Guesthouse – Robertson, Western Cape Requirements At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position at a 5* hospitality property (Essential) Hospitality related education (Beneficial) Computer Literate- MS Office (especially Excel), Email, Res programs (Nightsbridge experience preferred) Excellent Office and admin abilities- Good understanding of Reservations and Front Office (cash ups, check ins, bookings etc) Financial Acumen- Basic Accounting knowledge Good understanding of all departments in a high end guesthouse. Flexible to help out in the Front of House capacity when needed (not desk bound) Strong customer service orientation with excellent people skills- Enthusiastic and friendly Excellent communication skills- Written and Verbal skills in English- Afrikaans will be beneficial.
