Hospitality and Outdoor – Apply Today – Head Waiter/Waitress Luxury Game Lodge – Bela-Bela, Limpopo Requirements At least 2-3 years previous waitering experience/management in a 4/5* environment (Essential) Sommelier qualifications (advantageous) Completed secondary education- diploma/certificate in the hospitality industry Knowledge of the highest level of customer service in a luxury environment Sound Food and Beverage knowledge Strong leadership and strong communications skills Organizational skills Responsibilities: · Provide exceptional guest service · Organizing multiple dining activities/experiences for guests · Waiting tables and serving guests · Stock management and orders · Taking orders correctly and efficiently · Bar and restaurant cleaning and set up · Promoting and selling wines Package on offer: · R8 500 pm depending on experience · Live in · Meals while on duty
