Patient Service Associate | Central, North East, East | HMA

Overview Locations: Sengkang, Punggol, Outram, Bedok, Eunos (please indicate preferred location) Salary: $2,500/month (fixed, regardless of experience) Working Hours: Weekdays: 6:30am – 7:00pm (8-hour shift per day, rostered by supervisor); Saturdays: 6:30am – 1:30pm (4-hour shift); Total: 44 hours per week Responsibilities Greet and register patients at the clinic Schedule patient appointments and coordinate specialist referrals Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries professionally Manage patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary Provide customer service with courtesy and professionalism Assist at Health Monitoring Station: taking height, weight, and blood pressure measurements Requirements Comfortable using computers for patient registration, scheduling, and payment Able to start shifts as early as 6:30am on certain days Team player with good communication skills Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
