Principal Responsibilities Work closely with the Wealth Management team – investment, insurance, treasury specialists – to provide holistic solutions to high net worth premier clients. Self‑source and develop new business by actively prospecting for new HNW clients and referrals, leveraging your existing network to generate new to bank leads. Provide clients with regular market updates, understand their needs and recommend appropriate wealth management products. Perform market analysis to identify potential client leads and opportunities, ensuring portfolio quality and broad base of solutions. Offer financial planning and advisory services in line with HNW clients’ needs and investment profile. Proactively manage relationships to deepen and delight client relationships, building a strong foundation for customer growth. Understand customers’ banking and financial needs and recommend suitable solutions, delivering an exceptional client experience in line with HSBC proposition requirements. Qualifications Strong academic qualifications with advanced knowledge in Wealth Management and a proven track record of managing clients’ portfolio (Premier banking). Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills – able to work individually as well as collaborate with stakeholders to meet client needs. Highly driven with the ability to succeed within a challenging environment. Outgoing disposition, well‑equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills. Down to earth, resilient and entrepreneurial mindset – able to work independently and in a strong team environment. Highly driven to excel and thrive within a challenging environment by effectively recognizing customers' personal banking and wealth management needs.
