About the Role We are seeking a skilled Aesthetician & Laser Technologist to join our advanced aesthetics team. The ideal candidate has a passion for results-driven treatments, a deep understanding of skin physiology, and proven expertise with medical-grade laser and skincare technologies. What You'll Do Conduct consultations and design personalized treatment plans. Perform advanced laser treatments (hair removal, IPL, resurfacing, pigment/vein correction, tattoo removal). Deliver aesthetic treatments (facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, LED therapy). Educate clients on pre- and post-care, retail regimens, and treatment options. Maintain safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards. Promote retail products and support client retention. What We're Looking For Active Aesthetician License Laser Certification (required). Laser Safety Officer ( preferred) . 5 years of experience in aesthetic and laser treatments. Strong knowledge of skin conditions, contraindications, and safety protocols.
