Technology/Cyber Disputes Lawyer 2 To £££ This dynamic City firm seeks a contentious specialist to join it's market-leading IT litigation department. Work undertaken by the team is often large and high profile involving significant factual, technical and legal complexity in both the public and private sectors. The team has experience in all forms of dispute resolution, including mediation, expert determination, early neutral evaluation, arbitration and litigation proceedings. They are currently working on a range of high profile cyber, data protection and privacy disputes. A technical TMT background is not essential but any TMT disputes or cyber/data protection experience would be useful particularly in relation to large IT and outsourcing contract disputes resolution.
