Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with strong cross-functional and cross-domain expertise to support the successful delivery of security and IT-related projects . The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Collect, document, and manage comprehensive business requirements to support project success. Deliver key business analysis artifacts—such as gap analyses, process maps, and design documentation—using industry best practices and tools. Identify project scope, benefits, constraints, and risks. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and assess business processes, opportunities, and constraints. Evaluate current standards, policies, and procedures, and assess implications of proposed recommendations. Conduct detailed analysis of business problems to inform solution design. Identify misalignments between existing processes, system usage, and data flows. Document and diagram current environments, workflows, and data flows. Provide expert support to Program and Project Managers in business process design, planning, and governance. Facilitate workshops and sessions with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements. Gather and document non-functional requirements (e.g., security, performance, capacity, and availability). Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding. Support additional project activities as assigned. Qualifications and Experience Degree, diploma, or certification in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Analysis, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis across multiple domains. Proven ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences—both verbally and in writing. Strong facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor others. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Deep understanding of Business Analysis best practices and methodologies. Strong customer service focus and the ability to build effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and leadership. Ability to translate business requirements into effective processes, controls, and technical deliverables. Demonstrated success in building strong partnerships across all levels of an organization through credibility, insight, and influence. Background in IT methodologies and process implementation.
