Debtors Administrator – Property Management Company

We are a well-established property management company managing a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial, and residential properties across the Western Cape. Our focus is on delivering professional service, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and ensuring our clients properties are managed to the highest standards. We are looking for a Debtors Administrator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing and collections, and maintaining up-to-date and reconciled debtor records across multiple property portfolios. Matric (Grade 12) essential. 23 years experience in a Debtors / Accounts Receivable role (property management experience highly advantageous). Working knowledge of property management or accounting systems such as MDA, MRI or similar. Proficient in MS Excel and general computer literacy. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing. Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
