General Warehouse Associate

Job Description Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Associate Pay Rate: $14-$18 per hour (depending on experience) Job Summary: We are looking for dedicated and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment. These positions offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities: Perform assembly line tasks, such as assembling, packaging, and labeling products. Operate basic machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe workplace. Assist with inventory management, including counting and organizing stock. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment is preferred but not required. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in a physically demanding and sometimes noisy environment. Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
