Housekeeping Aide

Job Description Job Description We’re a highly-regarded property in our area looking for a motivated, organized housekeeper to join our team. Part-time or full-time hours. Your mission is to provide an exceptional experience to every guest who stays with us. Cleaning duties will include making beds, vacuuming and mopping, restocking toiletries, washing and ironing sheets, and other general tasks. Compensation: $15 hourly Responsibilities: Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies Reply to general questions guests have during their stay Perform cleaning duties and arrange guest rooms to our hotel’s standard before guests arrive Mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, do laundry, stock rooms, and do other cleaning duties as assigned Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization in various settings. Utilize proper cleaning techniques for floor care, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve cleanliness goals. Qualifications: Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques Over 1 year as a professional housekeeper strongly desired High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and techniques. Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules. Must be available to work weekends.
