Field Service Coordinator

Job Description Job Description Service Coordinator We are actively seeking a Full-Time Service Coordinator to join our team. Duties Include: Overseeing and Maintaining Route Maintenance Schedules Maintaining daily contact with Field Employees and tracking progress updates Communicating schedule changes and Priority Service Calls with Service Technicians Locating/Purchasing unknown parts and material Management of Service parts and inventory Data Entry and processing of daily paperwork Preparing Documents for LRS Field Employees and Service Technicians Processing Warranty Service Claims directly with Manufacturers Minimum Qualifications: 3 years of Corporate Experience in a similar role Associates Degree or higher is preferred. High-school Diploma/GED is mandatory Must have proficient computer skills and be comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite Must have positive, up-beat demeanor and be able to work well with others in a fast paced environment Compensation will be based on level of experience and qualifications.
