Job Description Job Description A respected Seattle-based law firm is seeking a Contract Commercial Real Estate Attorney (4906) to assist with commercial leasing and title review projects. This assignment offers the opportunity to work with an established legal team on sophisticated real estate matters involving complex transactions and property portfolios. Key Responsibilities: Review, draft, and revise commercial leases, amendments, and related documents Conduct title and survey review, identify encumbrances, and prepare title summaries and comments Support transactional attorneys on due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and opposing counsel to ensure smooth closings Provide clear, practical recommendations to the supervising attorney and team Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in any U.S. state (Washington preferred) Strong background in commercial leasing and/or title and survey review Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Prior experience in a law firm or in-house real estate setting preferred This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys seeking flexible, project-based work with exposure to sophisticated real estate transactions.
