Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on customer requests. Assist with the shipping and receiving process for service events, including managing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Handle administrative tasks within the department, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of duties. Maintain a proactive approach to daily tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction and internal efficiency. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and contribute to overall business growth. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED (college degree not required). Proven experience in a customer service role with a strong track record of problem-solving and effective communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A self-driven attitude and the ability to work independently in a small business environment. Strong PC skills, including proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
