E-commerce Merchandising Executive

Linzi Shoes E-commerce Executive About the Role: We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to support in maintaining and optimising our website and app. You will ensure our online store is visually appealing, up-to-date, and structured to maximise sales and the customer journey. This role is hands-on and highly detail-oriented, offering exposure to multiple aspects of digital merchandising, from product uploads to campaign support, with opportunities to gain experience across different merchandising platforms and digital optimisation projects. Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of online merchandising campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotions. Optimise website layouts, categories, and navigation to enhance the customer journey and maximise conversions. Maintain on-site search, filters, and taxonomy to ensure products are easy to find. Analyse performance using tools such as Google Analytics to identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and product visibility. Manage and maintain accurate product listings, ensuring descriptions, imagery, and pricing reflect brand standards. Review content for accuracy, SEO alignment, and brand consistency. Track key merchandising KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, sell-through, bounce rate, stock availability) and report insights. Stay up to date with competitor activity and industry trends to recommend improvements and new merchandising ideas. Support digital optimisation and merchandising platform projects as needed. Experience: 2 years’ experience in e-commerce merchandising or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus; experience with other merchandising platforms a plus. Creative eye for product presentation and strong attention to detail. Analytical mindset, confident using data to optimise performance and customer journeys. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Excel for reporting. Highly organised, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
