Shape category strategy in a complex, business critical portfolio High visibility with senior leadership and cross functional stakeholders Autonomy to drive transformation, sustainability and ethical sourcing standards What you’ll do Lead end to end strategies across labour and outsourced services (agency labour, security, FM adjacent) Run multi-million pound tenders, negotiations and contract management (MSA/SOW, SLAs/KPIs) Build trusted supplier partnerships that deliver performance, compliance and value Drive innovation, continuous improvement and cost optimisation across UK sites Embed responsible procurement (incl. modern slavery due diligence & audits) Deliver clear category plans and support transformation with group and international subsidiaries What you’ll bring Proven success buying labour services (agency/temporary workforce, security) and ideally Facilities Management Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills; confident with complex, high-value sourcing events Credible influencer with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrix environment Track record delivering savings, service uplift and sustainable outcomes The offer Competitive package: up to £60,000 20% bonus benefits Hybrid pattern with 3 days in Hertfordshire HQ The remit and support to make a visible, nationwide impact Keen to learn more?
