Job Description

Your new company Hays is partnering with a manufacturing business based near Attleborough who are seeking an experienced HR Advisor on a 15-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting position to cover a wide range of HR areas for a group of around 75 staff members. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of HR experience, including a solid understanding of employee relations. Your new role Full employee life cycle Employee relations cases HR System optimisation Recruitment and onboarding HR Reporting HR Administration Learning and Development What you'll need to succeed 5 years HR experience Ideally CIPD Level 5 Qualified Employee relations experience and knowledge Recruitment experience Within commutable distance of Attleborough What you'll get in return £35,000- £40,000 Salary 15- month FTC Contract Hybrid working (2 days a week on site) Flexible working arrangements including compressed hours if required What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
