JMC McIntyre remains the only manufacturer of genuine McIntyre metal cutting shears and metal balers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Nottingham. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, providing customer support and service, and conducting product training. They will manage sales processes, from lead generation to close, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales experience and proficiency in Sales Management Ability to conduct Training sessions Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the recycling industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
