Role Description This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Solihull. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, making sales calls, and building and maintaining customer databases. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients over the phone, understanding their needs, providing information about our services, and following up on leads. The specialist will also assist in conducting surveys, booking events, and providing excellent customer service and support. Qualifications Lead Generation and Sales skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Customer Support Ability to understand and articulate client needs effectively Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable working on-site in Solihull Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar role is advantageous
