Data Manager

Overview: An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Data Manager to join a newly established Data Warehouse Development team at a rapidly growing Property & Casualty MGA. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team management with technical expertise, offering the chance to shape the data function from the ground up. Must have insurance experience Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a small team of Data Analysts Establish and evolve data analysis frameworks and best practices Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver actionable insights Remain hands-on with data analysis and reporting tasks Oversee the development and optimisation of ETL processes and data pipelines Drive the development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and reports Key Requirements: Proven experience managing or leading Data Analysts Strong background in the insurance sector, ideally within Property & Casualty Solid experience with SQL, ETL processes, and Power BI Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can influence and shape the data strategy Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
