Sous Chef - The Rose The Rose is an iconic pub with a reputation built on quality, consistency, and care. We're known for our seasonal menus, stone-fired pizzas, and roasts that people come back for - but what really sets us apart is the pride we take in doing things properly. We're looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team - someone who shares our high standards and values working as part of a tight, supportive crew. You'll be working closely with a dedicated Head Chef, helping to lead service, develop dishes, and guide the team. This is a great opportunity for a capable CDP ready to step up, or a Sous Chef looking for a place where their work truly matters. We're passionate about what we do and proud of what we serve - but we're not here to show off. We let the food speak for itself.
