Role Summary: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing professional to lead and develop a team of Property Lawyers in central Cardiff. This role combines hands-on leadership, operational oversight, and people development. You’ll foster a supportive and high-performing culture while ensuring service excellence and compliance across all conveyancing activities. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. • Drive continuous improvement, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met. • Oversee day-to-day team operations, resource planning, and workload distribution. • Manage people-related matters including training, appraisals, and career development plans. • Support process improvements and change initiatives across the conveyancing department. • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external introducers. • Handle early-stage client queries or complaints with professionalism and empathy. Requirements: • Extensive residential conveyancing experience. • Proven track record in team management and leadership. • Strong people development, coaching, and mentoring skills. • A proactive, organised, and commercially aware mindset. • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
