The Role: Event Sales Manager This is an exciting opportunity to lead the sales and delivery of two major B2B events per year, including their associated media and newsletter platforms. You’ll manage your own portfolio, build strong commercial relationships, and play a key role in event success from start to finish. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who wants ownership, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets through effective pipeline management Conducting consultative sales calls to understand client needs and position event & media solutions Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients Use all sales and CRM processes efficiently and in line with company protocols. Deliver event experience inline with client expectation to secure a key rebook % Lead all pre-event sales activities and planning Attend responsible events and support others across the portfolio Report on event trends and growth opportunities Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of sales experience (B2B event/media sales/subscription experience required) Proven ability to exceed sales targets Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Skilled in negotiation and closing high-value deals Able to manage accounts and develop new business Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Positive team player with a self-motivated mindset What We Offer Salary Up to £30K, OTE £45K % of over performance revenue Uncapped commissions, with extra earnings tied to direct % of overperformance Clear progression through the Forum Academy career path Hybrid role Monthly team incentives and rewards Access to the Elite Sales Achievement Club Additional annual leave days based on loyalty Company-wide summer and Christmas events Free onsite parking Ready to Join a High-Energy, High-Reward Environment?
