Warehouse Team Lead

Alexander Steele are working with an established ambient food manufacturing business in Nottinghamshire who are looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Lead to join their site operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse leadership or supervision within a fast-paced food or FMCG environment, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and people development. Roles & Responsibilities Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations Oversee goods in, storage, stock rotation, and dispatch processes in line with site procedures Ensure accurate stock control and documentation to maintain full traceability Drive high standards of safety, hygiene, and compliance throughout the warehouse Work closely with planning, production, and logistics to achieve service level targets Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste Support training and development of the warehouse team to build capability and engagement On Offer £32,000 annual salary Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pm company pension Life insurance Sick pay
