Front of House Receptionist - Luxury Lifestyle House Head Office - Central London 12 month Fixed Term Contract About: One of the most prestigious luxury brands in the world. Responsibilities: Brand ambassador - full ownership for the Reception experience, maintaining a customer service mindset at all times provide an excellent experience for all colleagues and visitors. Efficient diary and meeting room management - schedule, prioritise and reorganise meeting room bookings as necessary. Handle incoming calls, take & distribute messages & redirect callers to appropriate depts. As a key member of the admin team arrange catering for internal events and meetings. Arrange and track post and couriers, understanding delivery and turnaround times for high-value or stock items. Handle all administrative tasks for the senior team as requested by the Office Manager. Create orders and raise purchase orders and process expenses for Reception and for the senior team as required. Qualities: Excellent communication skills, clear, professional, and friendly communication, both written and verbal. French an advantage but not essential Strong organisational Skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and keep accurate records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
