About the role We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our fast-paced client services team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day client relationships, brief internal teams, and oversee the smooth delivery of shopper-focused campaigns across in-store, digital, and experiential channels. As the key point of contact, you’ll bring clarity to briefs, guide creative responses, and drive projects from concept to completion. This role is delivery-focused and ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment. About you The ideal candidate will be process-driven and have a strong understanding of how to take a brief and bring it to life in-store. You’ll be naturally curious, highly organised, and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
