Sales Consultant

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing outstanding customer service, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that best meet those needs 2. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business 3. Meet and exceed sales targets 4. Stay knowledgeable about products and services offered by the company 5. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner 6. Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales initiatives and promotions 7. Keep track of sales metrics and report on sales performance Qualifications and Skills: 1. Previous experience in sales or customer service 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented 6. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies 7.
