Job Description

Key Responsibilities Own and manage local P&L and growth targets Develop quarterly/annual plans and budgets in collaboration with Group GM Lead a cross-functional team (Account Management, Sales, BD, Marketing, Ops, Content) Oversee daily operations and improve operational effectiveness Execute local strategies across commercial, marketing, content and product teams Secure favorable pricing, exclusive campaigns, and expand merchant/supplier network Enhance customer experience, conversion rates, and campaign outcomes Requirements 3-5 years experience leading cross-functional teams Prior HOD/leadership roles in Account Management, Sales, BD, Operations, or Growth Experience in eCommerce, retail tech, software, or financial services preferred Familiarity with retail financial products (banking, insurance) and their commercial cycles Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills Country management experience preferred Bilingual (English relevant local language) Digital-savvy with core finance and HR knowledge Traits & Values Looking for candidates who are Hungry, Humble, and Smart, and who embody values like teamwork, customer-centricity, personal growth, accountability, and innovation.
