We’re hiring an Office Manager in Ibiza Helmsman Club the fastest-growing nautical company in Ibiza is expanding its team. We are looking for an Office Manager to join our headquarters in Marina Santa Eulalia (Ibiza) and become part of our core operations. This is a unique, year-round opportunity to grow within one of the most innovative and premium brands in the nautical industry a startup environment that combines the spirit of a family, the ambition of a scale-up, and the excellence of a luxury service company. Your mission: You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the company, ensuring that our administration, charters, and client experience run with precision and care.
