CVOR RN Job Details Location: Camden, NJ 08103 (Greater Philadelphia area) Healthcare Setting: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), Level 1 Trauma Center Employment Type: Travel Nurse Contract Start Date: November 3, 2025 End Date: January 31, 2026 Hours per Week: 36 Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM On-Call: 2 shifts per six-week schedule; weekends as needed Holiday Coverage: Every other holiday; must work either the day before or after if off the holiday. Must work both an evening and a day shift, as well as a winter and spring hallmark holiday. Hourly Pay Rate: $106.95 Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,410–$2,580 CVOR Registered Nurse Qualifications Active New Jersey RN license (required at time of submission) Minimum 4 years of Level 1 trauma nursing experience At least 1 year of recent CVOR RN experience Scrub and circulate experience in endovascular and cardiovascular cases required BSN degree preferred BLS and NIHSS certifications required COVID-19 vaccination with at least one booster required Excellent attention to detail for patient safety and quality monitoring Strong organizational and communication skills for coordination of care in the operating room Flexibility – no consecutive days or weeks of requested time off; must be adaptable to department needs CVOR RN Responsibilities Scrub and circulate for endovascular and cardiovascular surgical procedures Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma CVOR setting Coordinate care and collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical and healthcare teams Ensure patient safety and maintain strict adherence to hospital protocols and best practices Participate in on-call rotations and provide coverage during holidays as scheduled Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the department Camden, NJ is a thriving healthcare hub with easy access to Philadelphia’s arts, dining, and entertainment.
