We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who is not only skilled in the field but also passionate about mentoring and coaching newer technicians. Position Summary As an HVAC Technician at Glendale, you’ll handle service, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You’ll also play a key role in supporting and training junior technicians, helping them grow into confident, capable professionals. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless systems). Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance. Provide clear, professional recommendations to customers. Complete accurate service documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes. Collaborate with dispatch and office staff for efficient service delivery. Coach and support junior technicians in the field. Qualifications Minimum 6 years of HVAC service experience. Valid Washington 06A electrical license ( required ). EPA Universal Certification. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Experience mentoring or training junior techs. Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied environments.
