This role includes loading and unloading materials, operating a forklift, and performing cycle counts. Responsibilities : Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products Move materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and manufacturing areas Identify and label materials and record their locations in the warehouse/on the shelves to maintain inventory Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying their location, then pulling, packing, and loading them Operate trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners and other equipment to move freight Perform and report cycle counts Qualifications and Requirements : High school diploma or GED Must wear proper PPE (Personal Protective and Product Protective Equipment) Possess at least 3 years experience in a similar role Able to work a full-time 3rd shift schedule Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment Able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening Benefits and Perks : Pay Rate: $19 per hour to start Medical, Vision, Dental available Full-time Schedule 401K and Referral Bonus Plan Training & Growth opportunities Your New Organization: In 1949, this company was one of the first companies to begin manufacturing plastic products.
