They are looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager who can bridge the gap between data and decision-making, turning insight into impact. If you love uncovering stories in numbers, influencing strategy, and driving ROI through analytics, this is a great opportunity. ✨ What You’ll Be Doing Building and optimising marketing dashboards and reports that empower teams to make evidence-based decisions Analysing marketing and customer performance across campaigns, channels and regions Supporting A/B testing and experimentation to enhance conversion rates and engagement Presenting insights to senior stakeholders and influencing strategic marketing decisions Collaborating cross-functionally with analytics and tech teams to ensure data quality and integration Managing and developing a small analytics team while helping shape a culture of commercial curiosity What We’re Looking For ⭐ Strong analytical background, highly numerate with advanced Excel and Power BI skills ⭐ Experience in SQL, Google Analytics , and working with marketing or sales data ⭐ Confident translating data into clear, persuasive insight for senior audiences ⭐ Commercial thinker with a retail mindset, focused on performance, ROI and results ⭐ Curious, proactive and confident challenging ideas and assumptions ⭐ Experience in tools such as Alteryx, Python or BigQuery a bonus, but not essential What’s In It for You ⭐ Salary up to £54,000 10% company performance bonus ⭐ 25 days annual leave birthday off 3 extra days at Christmas ⭐ Private healthcare and wellbeing support ⭐ Share match plan, every share you buy, they give you two more ⭐ Pension scheme and life assurance ⭐ 4 paid volunteering days each year ⭐ A collaborative, close-knit team culture ⭐ The opportunity to make a real commercial impact in a global brand going through exciting change What Happens Next Now: Apply today with your CV and our MKJ Ignite team will review your profile.
