Job Title: Primary Care Pharmacist Location: Newcastle Salary: Can be negotiated Job Type: Temporary, Agency Contract Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Primary Care Pharmacist to join a dynamic team in and around the North East on a temporary basis through an agency contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and supporting the overall healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on the use of medicines. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Educate patients and carers on medication management and adherence. Requirements: Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Minimum of 2 years' experience in a primary care setting.
