Financial Accountant

This manufacturing business is a well-established company, who have a global presence. Your new role The job of the Financial Accountant will be a varied one. Ideally, they are seeking a part-qualified or finalist who is looking to complete their finance qualifications. Duties for the job include: Preparation of month end, including journals, accruals and prepayments Variance analysis Forecasting Producing monthly management accounts, including, profit and loss and balance sheet Intercompany accounts Bank reconciliations Assisting in producing month-end reports and analysis to ensure the business can meet its objective and set performance targets Reviewing costs, cash and revenue forecasts Producing presentations to review the companies' monthly and quarterly performance Fixed asset depreciation Preparing capex reports Balance sheet reconciliations Assisting with the annual external audit Assisting with budget preparations Assisting with year-end reporting What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will be a part-qualified or finalist accountant studying either, the CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification. They will be comfortable working in a varied accounts role and will be keen to complete their studies.
