Senior National Account Manager Have you successfully managed Value retailers like B&M, Home Bargains or The Range? Do you have proven experience working with toy or kids’ licensed brands in a commercial role? Do you enjoy working cross-functionally and at pace in a fast-moving consumer environment? Macgregor Black are partnering with a Well-established Toy Brand on the search for a Senior National Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in London. As the Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Value channel retail accounts, including B&M, and driving the commercial agenda across these partners. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of key Value channel accounts, including B&M and others. Own and deliver customer-specific strategies, trading terms, and annual joint business plans. Full P&L responsibility including forecasting, pricing, promotions, and margin management. Identify and maximise growth opportunities across the Value channel. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams. Lead seasonal line reviews, new product introductions, and promotional campaigns. Track performance and competitor activity, adapting plans as needed to stay ahead. What are we looking for? Toy industry experience is essential- you understand the category, cycle, and customers. Proven experience managing B&M and/or similar Value channel retailers (e.g. Home Bargains, The Range, Poundland). Strong commercial skillset with experience owning P&Ls and delivering against revenue/margin targets. A confident negotiator with excellent customer-facing and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational and project management skills – able to juggle multiple accounts. Comfortable with hybrid working – must be within a commutable distance to London. Competitive salary benefits.
